Hey, I’m Kian, a Mechanical Engineering student at Queen’s University with hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, mechanical design, automation, and process improvement.

I’m currently working as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Honda of Canada Mfg., where I contribute to equipment projects, process improvements, and new-model manufacturing activities.

Through my internships, engineering design teams, and independent projects, I’ve gained experience designing mechanical systems, supporting manufacturing improvements, developing automated quality tools, and turning concepts into functional designs. I especially enjoy work that balances engineering design, project management, and hands-on problem-solving, allowing me to contribute from initial planning through implementation.

My goal is to build a career at the intersection of mechanical engineering, advanced manufacturing, and automation, developing systems that make products and processes smarter, safer, and more efficient.
